- All payments are one-time and non-refundable unless stated in the Return Policy.

4. No Warranties & Limitations of Liability
- Our software is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting, or compatibility with other software.
- We cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining your own website, hosting, and legal compliance.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or modify our products for resale.
